Seaweed Inari Sushi

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/4 cups Nishiki or Botan Calrose Rice
  • 1/4 cup Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar
  • 1 can (10 oz.) Hime Inarizushi-No-Moto (seasoned fried bean curd squares), drained well
  • 1 package (4oz) Wel Pac Seaweed Salad No MSG Added

Directions:
Cook rice as directed on package with 1 ?? cup of water. Transfer cooked rice into large non-metal bowl. Pour vinegar evenly over rice; gently fold in to combine. Cool to room temperature. Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoons rice mixture into each seasoned fried bean curd square, filling about 1/2 full. Top with seaweed salad, fold top edges inward, overlapping, to enclose filling.

Servings:
Makes about 16 Inari-sushi.
