- 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
- 3 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Dynasty Oyster-Flavored Sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Lightly rinse the lettuce, cut the bottom stem and peel off any dead leaves from the head. Coarsely chop the lettuce, drain well and set aside.Heat large frying pan, preferably nonstick, over high heat. Add 1 teaspoon oil; coat pan. Add garlic and lettuce to the pan, stir-fry 3 minutes, or until tender crisp. Add oyster sauce, cook and stir until combined and all is heated through. Serve with rice.
Makes 3 servings, about 1 cup each.
