BBQ Chicken Wing
- 2 pounds chicken wing
- 1/2 cup Dynasty Chinese Style Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced ginger
- 2 green onion & top, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Vegetable cooking spry
In a large bowl, combine together chicken wing with Barbecue sauce, ginger, green onion, sugar and garlic. Mix until all chicken wings are coated.Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours. Preheat oven to 325??F, line foil in the baking dish and lightly spray foil with vegetable spray, place chicken wings in single layer. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until fully cooked.
Makes 5 servings, about 3 wings each.
