- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup Dynasty Wasabi Mayonnaise or Thai Hot Chili Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper for taste
- 24 small cooked shrimps (optional)
Place all eggs in a large pot and cover with enough water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and cool. Peel shells and cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove all yolks. Place egg whites on a serving plate. Combine yolks, green onion, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise in a medium mixing bowl, mix until well blended. Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves, top with shrimp if preferred. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 6 servings, 4 egg halves each.
