- 1 (16oz) elbow macaroni
- 1 cup Dynasty Wasabi Mayonnaise or Thai Hot Chili Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Marukan Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
Cook macaroni per package instruction in a big pot, rinse under cold water after cooked, drain well and set aside to cool.In a medium bowl, mix well mayonnaise, vinegar, celery and carrots. Add cooled macaroni to the mayonnaise mixture, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 8 servings, about 2 cups each.
