QUICK & EASY BEAN SALAD
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Wel-Pac Cooked Green Soybeans In Pod
- 2 large stalks celery, thinly sliced on diagonal (1 cup)
- 1 medium carrot, coarsely grated
- 2 tablespoons Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Combine celery, carrot, vinegar, oil, garlic powder and pepper; toss well and set aside. Thaw soybeans as package directs. Remove and discard pods. Add cooked beans with celery and carrot mixture. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
Makes 4 servings, about 1/2 cup each.
