WASABI SALMON SALAD
- 8 ounces skinless, boneless salmon fillet, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup green onion & top, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Dynasty Wasabi Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Flake salmon; remove and discard any bones. Combine salmon, celery, green onion & top, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt in bowl. Serve immediately after making for best flavor.
Makes 3 servings, about 1/2 cup each.
Per serving: 238 calories, 14 g protein, 19 g fat, 1 g carbohydrate, 216 mg sodium, 51 mg cholesterol.
Suggestions: Spoon into cavity of skinned and seeded ripe avocado halves. Serve over lettuce, garnish with tomato and cucumber slices, as desired. Mound on thin cucumber slices or spoon into endive leaves and serve as appetizers.
